*We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0053 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes, and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.



The Garage Height is 6'6" so there is no room to park RV's and Trailers.



No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted, and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for renters.



This is a non pet friendly property. There will be a $500 fine for any pets found on property by the HOA.
