Bigwood 52 is a cozy, single bedroom plus loft fully remodeled condo situated among the pines of Bigwood. Ideal for small families, guests are steps away from the brand-new community spa, hot tub, and seasonal pool. The home is conveniently located near the Yellow Shuttle Route to Eagle Lodge—providing avid skiers easy access to the slopes in winter. This home is also a short walk from the Village.

This end-unit gets plenty of light from natural sun exposure, and with no other tenants above or below—and no shared walls—there is plenty of privacy. This beautiful unit is adjacent to the Sierra Star Golf Course, so bring your clubs!

The living area features a sectional sofa and a cushioned window seat, ideal for reading a book. With plenty of space for your group to gather at the end of a fun-filled day, you can feel like you are in the “great outdoors” inside. High vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows allow natural lighting to flow into the home, illuminating this great space.

The well-equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space for meal prep and stainless-steel appliances. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area located off the kitchen, which has a quaint table that seats up to five people with two additional seats at the kitchen island.

The covered deck can be accessed from both the dining and living room areas. With plenty of seating, the deck is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the spectacular alpine and wooded views.

Guests can get a good night’s rest in one of two well-appointed spaces. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The first bathroom is just down the hall and has a shower-over-bath combo. The loft space upstairs offers two queen-sized beds for additional sleep arrangements. The second bathroom and laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer is also located on this floor.

There is a single car garage just below the condo and one guest spot for parking so you can conveniently drive around town. This cozy home-away-from-home features everything you could need for a splendid vacation in Mammoth Lakes.
