A sweeping, open living area, flooded with light from picture windows, welcomes you to the main level, where a two-story great room invites you to relax after a day on the slopes. A wrap-around sofa and vintage leather armchair frame a cozy stone fireplace, nestled just below a large flat-screen TV. Hardwood beams, cast-iron accents and Old Hollywood-era photography recall a classic ski lodge, while stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, modern baths and flat-screen TVs provide the comforts of a modern luxury home. A formal 8-seat dining area sets the scene for lively, home-cooked meals prepared in the gourmet kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and a chef’s layout. Four additional seats at the breakfast bar allow to comfortably seat up to 12 guests for dinner.



Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en-suite bath, flat-screen TV and a queen-sized bed or larger, making Creekhouse #1320 and ideal home for couples traveling together. The primary bedroom, located on the top floor, has a king-sized bed and luxurious above-ground soaking tub in the bathroom. The guest primary, also located on the top floor, has a king-sized bed and combination shower and bathtub. The third bedroom, located on the bottom level, features a queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom, also located on the bottom floor, features a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Both lower-level bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the wooded grounds outside. Just outside the sliding doors, guests can access a paved path leading to the Town Loop, perfect for walking or biking.



A private washer and dryer and bath on the main level add convenience, while a spacious private deck with outdoor lounge furniture allows for al fresco entertainment, complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit. For easy access to Mammoth Mountain or entertainment downtown, hop on the free town shuttle, or take advantage of your two-car garage.
