This luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-story townhome is located in Snowcreek Resort’s Creekhouse development, just a 3-minute drive to downtown and 10 minutes from skiing on Mammoth Mountain. The natural beauty of the area can be enjoyed with easy access to the town bike path, which leads to several small parks. Avoid the hassle of parking by using the free city shuttle that runs through this neighborhood.

As you enter the residence, you will immediately be greeted with a “Welcome” sign surrounded by beautiful hardwood floors and tasteful mountain decor. Ascend up the staircase to the second level of the home where the roomy living area and open-concept layout gives you a front row seat to all of your family and friends' activities. Relax on the couch or one of three armchairs to watch the flat-screen television, warm up by the gas fireplace in the winter, or gaze out the four windows that frame the stunning mountain views.

The nearby dining area with a family-style dining table comfortably seats six people. Connected to the fully equipped kitchen—gas oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker—you can talk seamlessly with your guests at the dining table while also entertaining the four additional people situated on stools at the island. If you don’t want to get caught up in all the action, step outside the sliding glass door in the dining area to the outdoor deck with grill.

Your bed has an added beauty rest function that allows you to heat up the bed for extra comfort in the winter. Your private en-suite bathroom has a step in shower with seating to loosen up after the ski runs or long hikes.

Bedroom 2 - Ground Level

This bedroom has its own private entrance through a sliding glass door to an outside, covered patio with an impressive stone archway. Watch television on your queen size bed or step out to get some fresh air. Guests have a shared bathroom with the other bedroom on the ground level, which includes a combination shower-over-tub setup and fully functioning sink.

Queen Bed + Twin XL Bunk Overhead

This room has a special family-friendly layout with a twin bed lofted above a queen-sized bed made to look like a rustic log cabin. This room is ideal for siblings, close friends and family, or guests who don’t mind sharing their space. Watch television til the sun comes up or enjoy the views provided by two windows. Guests share a bathroom with the other bedroom on the ground floor.

Guests can enjoy a stackable washer and dryer on the main level to avoid doing laundry as soon as you get home or before returning to work.

Take advantage of the attached 2-car garage to explore the surrounding area, from Mammoth Mountain to nearby Lake Mary. In the summer, it’s an easy cruiser bike ride away from restaurants and shops downtown.
