Just a short walk from The Village and Village Gondola, Helios 11N is an impeccable, two-story newly remodeled condo with stunning mountain views. Replete with a bright open plan living area, 2-bedrooms and 3-full baths, the condo can easily accommodate 6 guests. Take advantage of the spectacular amenities right outside your door; including the recreation center—with its rooftop hot tub and sauna—as well as a racquetball court and ping pong tables.

The expansive living area is located on the second floor of the condo. The heart of this home is the newly remodeled kitchen, with its granite counter-tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, wine cooler, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table—with plenty of room for 6—is located adjacent to the kitchen.
The dining room flows seamlessly into the comfortable, newly remodeled great room, with a large sectional sofa, 2 arm chairs, a stone-stacked fireplace with a pellet stove, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV—making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a busy day on the slopes in the winter or Mammoth Lakes in summertime. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.
The first floor of the condo features an open deck with outdoor furniture, as well as two bedrooms. The primary suite comes complete with a comfortable king-sized bed with new mattress, a recently remodeled en-suite bath with stand-alone shower, as well as a flat-screen TV and desk. The second bedroom is ideal for kids, and features 2 new queen-sized bunk beds, as well as its own en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower. There is a washer and dryer on this floor.
For your convenience, Helios 11N can accommodate 2 cars in 2 designated underground parking spots.
