This cozy, newly remodeled condo rests on the wooded grounds of the La Vista Blanc complex—located in the heart of Mammoth—and is ideally situated in proximity to Mammoth Creek Park, Mammoth Rock Trail, and the town bike path and shuttle.
The one-level, ground floor studio can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features an open-plan living area—along with plenty of windows that look out onto the shared pool area, which allow for the flow of natural light into the space.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after an invigorating day on the slopes, and comes replete with a comfortable sleeper sofa, stone-stacked pellet stove fireplace, and flat-screen Smart TV. The deck is accessible via a slider off the living room. It’s a pleasant spot to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, or for preparing meals al fresco on the gas grill.
The living room area flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with new appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island with seating for 4. There is a bathroom with stall shower off the hall next to the kitchen.
Guests can get their beauty rest in the comfortable queen-sized bed—located in the nook adjacent to the living room—or on the sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2.
As a guest of La Vista Blanc 49, you will have access to the seasonal community swimming pool and shared on-site hot tub. The condo’s desirable location allows for an easy walk/bike ride into town with its fine dining, shopping, and entertainment establishments. You are also entitled to on-site parking spots, should you choose to drive.
