The Lodges complex offers a feeling of tranquility with views of the Sherwin Mountains and a gentle creek running through the grounds. Take in the atmosphere from one of two private decks at this two-level home, or enjoy the views from its many picture windows.



On the main level, a spacious, two-story great room welcomes you with modern mountain decor, hardwood floors, and a stacked-stone, wood-burning fireplace. Get cozy on the roomy leather sectional to warm up after a day on the mountain, or take advantage of the Smart TV, nestled in a custom, built-in entertainment center, for movie night.



A gourmet kitchen overlooks the living area, with three high-top seats at the breakfast bar. Let granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood cabinetry inspire home-cooked meals, or fire up the gas grill on the private deck to cook with a view. The deck is accessed through the dining area, where a formal hardwood table seats 8 for sit-down meals.



Across the hall on this floor, a spacious primary bedroom offers total privacy. Wake up in the king-sized bed to plush carpet, charming decor with hardwood accent furniture, and scenic views through picture windows. This room has an en-suite bath with shower and soaker tub.



The second and third bedrooms, both located downstairs, have queen-sized beds, plush carpeting, and private access to the lower deck, allowing in lots of natural light through glass doors. These rooms also have full en-suite baths.



Above the great room, a sunny loft provides two twin beds and an en-suite bath with shower, allowing this home to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.



An extra half-bath adds convenience for large groups, while a private washer and dryer will keep you in warm ski clothes.



From your prime location in Mammoth’s Snowcreek area, you’ll be steps away from the free shuttle to the mountain and downtown Mammoth, both a 10-minute ride. You can also make the 4-minute drive if you choose; a private driveway makes it easy to bring a car.



From this inviting retreat, the Snowcreek Athletic Club and free town shuttle are a short walk away, offering easy access to year-round adventures, including skiing, hiking, biking and entertainment in downtown Mammoth. You can also enjoy a leisurely 15-minute walk to Mammoth Creek Park and into town, or stay near the condo to enjoy a round of golf or the nearby clubhouse amenities. At the Snowcreek Athletic Club, guests can enjoy shared hot tub access, and for a daily fee, workout rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, spas and saunas.
