This airy two-level penthouse with Scandinavian inspired furnishings sits on the Ski-Back Trail for easy access to all the outdoor bliss Mammoth Mountain has to offer. Canyon Lodge’s lifts are a 5-min downhill walk (or a 2-min free shuttle ride) away. Ski-in via the Ski-Back Trail or Ski-out to The Village and catch the Gondola. (snow permitting) In the summer, hop on your mountain bike to cruise Uptown/Downtown trails, which are right behind the building.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who want the tranquil atmosphere of an alpine retreat with the convenience of recreation and restaurants nearby, this completely remodeled home offers views of soaring evergreen trees and the charming ambience of woodland grounds. Enjoy the many benefits of a top floor corner haven but be advised that there are several sets of stairs to get there. (3rd floor and no elevator)

An open concept living area welcomes you with dramatic vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and French white oak floors. Get cozy by the gas fireplace on one of two spacious sofas or settle in for a movie on the large-screen Smart TV with Cable.

An open kitchen invites social cooking with 3 high-top chairs at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker, slow cooker and a rice cooker. Seat up to 8 guests at the gorgeous dining table for dinner with forest views. Just outside is a private deck, perfect for an after-dinner drink or quiet mornings with coffee.

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 8 guests:

Bedroom 1 - Main Level

King Bed

The spacious primary suite has vaulted ceilings, a wide window with forest views and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The writer’s desk is ideal for sneaking in remote work. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Upper Level

King Bed

The guest room has vaulted ceilings, a mirrored closet, wall-mounted Smart TV, and built-in desk. A wall of skylight-style windows let natural light stream in.

Bedroom 3/Loft - Upper Level

Full Loft Bed over Full Sofa Bed

The loft has vaulted ceilings and is on the same level as Bedroom 2. The space-saving layout features a full-size bed over a sitting area with a full-sized pull-out sofa bed and wall-mounted Smart TV. This is a kid’s favorite!

Guests of the upper-level bedrooms share a full bathroom with double sinks and combination shower/bathtub. Downstairs, the living room couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed for even more flexibility. A spacious half bath off the living area adds convenience.

Easily explore town thanks to the assigned parking garage space that has direct access to stairs to the home (no digging your car out of snow or trudging through snow). One additional vehicle can be parked in the guest parking.

The Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club amenities include: two hot tubs, a sauna, a heated summer-use swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a BBQ area and a game room with a pool table. Pack a little lighter thanks to coin-operated laundry facilities (one floor down).

A 5-min drive from The Village for easy access to shopping, dining, golf courses and parks. Drive to Mammoth’s famous lakes, including Lake Mary, in less than 15 minutes. If you visit during warmer months, there’s an endless array of mountain sports to enjoy, such as mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding. Yosemite National Park is only 40 miles away during summer and is totally worth the trip.

We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648-0080 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.
