Nestled on wooded grounds with mountain views, Snowcreek 1 5 offers a peaceful retreat just 15 minutes from Mammoth Mountain and 5 minutes from the center of town.
Brightly decorated in bold colors with modern decor, this newly renovated, 1-bedroom home is an ideal sanctuary for couples, or a cozy vacation home for families. Enter through an artful hardwood door, with a cheerful stained-glass panel of the mountain sun, into a spacious living area with rich hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. A full-length sofa and oversized loveseat offer ample room to relax around the gas fireplace or unwind with a movie on the Smart TV. Bold artwork and accent pieces in sunflower yellow, sage, and rust colors give the room a chic, but inviting atmosphere.
Next to the living area, four mod dining chairs in cornflower blue surround a country-style, hardwood dining table, which overlooks the impressive Mammoth evergreens outside through sliding glass doors. Steps away, a fully-equipped kitchen will inspire your inner chef with stainless steel appliances and ample space to create home-cooked meals.
Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious, private bedroom styled in whimsical decor with bold, colorful artwork, a king-sized bed and full-length mirror. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds accommodations for two, allowing the home to sleep up to four guests. A luxurious full bath features a private washer and dryer for stylish convenience and efficiency.
As a guest of Snowcreek, you’ll enjoy access to the community hot tub for a relaxing soak after a day on the mountain. The ski shuttle stops just outside the complex for easy access to Mammoth Mountain, and the restaurants, shops and nightlife downtown are a leisurely stroll away, or a 2-minute drive. Guests have access to open parking at this complex.
