Newly remodeled with chic, contemporary decor and vintage ski accents, this airy 3-bedroom townhome is a relaxing retreat less than 10 minutes from restaurants, skiing, hiking and biking trailheads, golf and more.
Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows reveal unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountains from the great room -- the heart of the home -- while log accents and a river rock fireplace create a cozy, “alpine chic” atmosphere. A wrap-around sofa and stylish, mid-century modern accent chair invite guests to relax after a day on the mountain or catch a movie on the large-screen TV. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen makes it easy to add homemade snacks or even craft a gourmet dinner.
A hardwood, country-style dining table seats up to 8 guests, with two additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. French doors from the dining area to a private patio with lounge seating, and a BBQ grill to enjoy outdoor cooking on blue-bird days or summer evenings.
This main level also features the master suite, styled in chic, minimalist decor with plush linens and a cozy, knit throw across the king-sized bed. This room has an en-suite bath, flat-screen TV and picture window overlooking the tree-lined grounds outside.
The elegant guest master, located on the lower level, features a king-sized bed, fur accent throws and a large-screen TV. This room also has an en-suite bath and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, with views of the Sherwin Mountains.
The third bedroom, also located on the lower level, has a twin-over-queen Captain’s bunk bed and flat-screen TV. A full bath in the hall and private washer and dryer add convenience.
From the conveniently situated Snowcreek development, Eagle Lodge is less than 10 minutes away for skiing and snowboarding, while restaurants, nightlife and family-friendly entertainment in downtown Mammoth is about 5 minutes away. A one-car private garage with room for one more car in the driveway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, which includes the Snowcreek Golf Course, Devil’s Postpile National Monument, and multiple hiking and biking trailheads.
