Currently the Regional Stay at Home Order is in effect in CA preventing guest arrivals to the area. Should the order extend, we will have to cancel future stays. If that prevents your scheduled stay, we will contact you and work with you to resolve any impact at that time. Snowcreek 820 beckons for lively family reunions or a gathering of friends. Enjoy the comforts of a well-appointed home with an open living area, a kitchen perfect for collaborative cooking and a dining room with seating for up to 11, replete with big meadow views. In the living room, you will find a 50-inch flat screen TV and a wood burning fireplace for cozying up. Guests can unwind on the sofa, love seat, or comfy arm chair. Just a few steps away, there is a pool table for added amusement.
The unit features two master suites, both offering king size beds and flat screen TV's. One master suite is located on the first level and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only and the other is on the third level with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath combo. The first guest room has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV and is located on the main level. The second guest room has a bunk bed with a queen size on the bottom and a twin on the top, as well as a flat-screen TV and is located on the first level. The third guest room has two new twin beds and a flat-screen TV and is also located on the first level.
Snowcreek 820 has a laundry room, a community hot tub, private 2 car garage, offers complimentary wireless internet, and a gas BBQ Grill. This property does not permit smoking. While this home is pet friendly, there are strict rules within the neighborhood. Please ensure you have your dog on a leash at all times, carry waste bags and do not leave your dog unattended in the home. Fines will be issued by the HOA to anyone not complying to these rules.
