Welcome to Snowcreek I 25! This home is ideally situated among the trees in the Snowcreek resort complex and is a short 5-minute walk to the free shuttle that takes you to the village or lodge. With two bedrooms and a loft, the condo can comfortably accommodate eight guests on its three floors, making it the ideal layout for families or a getaway with friends. Guests also have access to the complex hot tub, which is located across from the unit.

The open plan living area, with its rustic inspired décor, allows for a seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen.



The cozy living room offers a wood burning stone fireplace—perfect for cold winter nights—as well as two plush leather sofas and two armchairs. The 55” flat screen TV includes a soundbar which enhances the viewing experience.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with chef-grade cutlery, brand new kitchenware, and ample counterspace, all of which make preparing meals a pleasure. If you need culinary inspiration, the kitchen also boasts an impressive collection of cookbooks.



Should you choose to cook your meal al fresco there is a 3-burner, stainless steel gas grill located on the condo’s private deck. Meals can be enjoyed at the full-sized dining room table which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.



For those still working remotely, the condo features high-speed WiFi throughout, as well as a full-sized desk situated off the kitchen.



The warmly decorated primary bedroom on the first floor comes replete with a plush king-sized bed, hardwood dresser, nightstands with decorative table lamps and USB plugs. Guests will also find two mirrored closets, equipped with plenty of hangers. A private deck offers spectacular views of the evergreen trees that surround the condo. The primary has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, and a combination bath/shower.



The second bedroom on the first floor features a cozy queen-sized bed, mirror and dresser. The nightstands each have their own USB ports. There is a second bathroom on this level with a vanity and shower.



For your convenience, the lower level is equipped with a washer and dryer.



The third floor has a loft with high ceilings, two full-sized beds and a flat screen TV, making it perfect for kids of all ages.



With a family-friendly layout, modern furnishings, and a scenic location close to all the action, Snowcreek I 25 is the ideal home to enjoy Mammoth Lakes any time of year.
