Nestled on wooded grounds, Snowflower #12 offers a feeling of seclusion with views of towering evergreens just outside and the distant mountains. Newly renovated with modern furniture and high-end appliances, the airy corner unit features two private bedrooms on the ground floor, an open-concept living area on the upper level, and a sunny loft with picture windows and a large TV.

Gather on the sectional sofa in the living area to take in a movie on the large-screen SmartTV, mounted above the charming wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy home-cooked meals around the 6-seat dining table. Two high-top stools at the breakfast bar provide additional seating or a cozy place for morning coffee. Of course, on blue-bird days or summer mornings, you might prefer to enjoy it on the private deck just off the living area. Here, you’ll also find extra wood for the fire. There is a full bath with step-in shower located on this floor as well.

From your convenient location near Snowcreek Meadow Preserve, you’ll find Mammoth Creek Park and popular restaurants a short stroll or shuttle ride away, with skiing and snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain within a few minute’s drive.

In the summer, enjoy golf at the nearby Sierra Star Golf Course, scenic gondola rides at the resort, or the surrounding hiking and biking trails.
