Nestled on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star golf course, Solstice 15 sits on a peaceful, wooded lot with clubhouse amenities just five minutes from skiing, dining, biking and family-friendly entertainment, including a theater and bowling alley.

One of the largest floor plans available in the upscale Solstice development, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome features 1,725 square feet of living space, finely appointed with custom artwork, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood furnishings.

Inside, a warmly decorated living area features an oversized sofa, loveseat and comfy recliner, inviting guests to gather around the gas fireplace and 42” flat-screen TV.
