Nestled on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star golf course, Solstice 15 sits on a peaceful, wooded lot with clubhouse amenities just five minutes from skiing, dining, biking and family-friendly entertainment, including a theater and bowling alley.

One of the largest floor plans available in the upscale Solstice development, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo features 1,725 square feet of living space, finely appointed with custom artwork, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood furnishings.

One of this home’s most desirable features for families is its spacious loft, which features a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed with plenty of space for kids to play or to fit extra bedding; you’ll find a second roll-away in the third bedroom closet. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 12 guests.
