St. Moritz 48 is a rustic 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes—a beautiful mountain escape with crystal-clear waters. Situated in one of the best-managed complexes in town, the St. Moritz development is conveniently less than half a mile from restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and more. With on-site parking and shuttle services, you can explore the surrounding area easily. Enjoy this cozy and comfortable retreat year-round!



As you enter this 2-story, cabin-style home, you’ll immediately feel at ease as it has a double-door entry for extra safety and all the amenities you could ever need in a quaint getaway. Take your hiking shoes off or place your skis in the mudroom, and grab a couple of pieces of firewood for the centrally located wood-burning stove in the living room. This open concept townhome allows you to see from one end of the home to the other, and the picture windows let in nice natural lighting. Relax on the sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on the Apple TV or turn on the stereo and listen to music.



A couple steps up to the landing, there is an 8-seat dining area that flows effortlessly into the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two separate breakfast bars with six stools. Sip your morning coffee at the sidebar while you read the daily news on your laptop, or entertain guests with a large meal at the dining room table. The Loft - Second Floor

This loft is ideal for kids or friends who don’t mind sharing as the two full beds are next to each other. Additionally, this loft has doors to close in the room, but is still exposed to the living area downstairs but has a pull down blind for added privacy. This unique space has overhead windows to allow natural lighting to flood in. This room shares its bathroom with the second bedroom on the same floor.
