Villa de los Pinos 42, aka "Knotty & Nice Mammoth", is a beautifully decorated/designer remodeled two-story condo, replete with 2-bedrooms and 2 full-baths. Conveniently located in the center of Mammoth Lakes, guests can enjoy easy access to shopping dining, and entertainment, as well as the free shuttle—which stops right outside your door!
The bright open-plan living area is located on the second floor. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and plenty of counterspace. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen or outside on the deck replete with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and lovely views.
The dining room flows into the comfortable living room, which features a plush sectional sofa and loveseat, a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, and a cozy wood burning stove. There is also a full bathroom on this floor and a charming nook around the corner from the living room—an ideal spot for children.
At the end of a busy day exploring Mammoth, guests can get some rest in one of two bedrooms located on the first floor. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to a patio with outdoor seating. The second bedroom features two twin beds and access to the same patio. There is a shared full bath on this floor.
A nicely landscaped courtyard area can be found at the center of the complex, providing space to relax for you and room to run for the kids! Villa de los Pinos has so much to offer including a pool, spa, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts.
For your convenience, Villa de los Pinos 42 can accommodate 2 cars in designated outdoor parking spots. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
