This newly constructed single family home has window views of both the Sierra Star Golf Course and the Sherwin Mountains.



The first floor of this 2 story home contains three bedrooms: 2 primary bathrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms as well as a bedroom with a full size bunk bed, trundle, and en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor is the the living room which offers a gas fireplace, TV, Stereo, DVR and pull out sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room can seat up to 10 people. The primary bedroom is also found on this floor which contains a king bed with an en-suite bathroom.



When you are not on the slopes, or out enjoying the magnificent Eastern Sierras, you will be able to sit in your private hot tub enjoying the unsurpassed views of the Sherwins. Other highlights of this property include a washer and dryer, gas outdoor grill, and private 3 car garage.
